I had a flat time at my place of employment. Took them less than 15 min to get here and had it loaded and on its way to my mechanic to fix it within minutes . The driver was super polite as well!!!! Awesome job!!!

This company was used to move my toolbox from one shop to another on Sept 13th. The driver/operator was extremely professional and unbelievably meticulous when taking care of my toolbox. I was greatly impressed with the entire experience! If they care for cars like they did my toolbox, I would very highly recommend them!! Thanks for taking such great care of my equipment!
Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Bob last night at Riccis! The gas tank on my husbands bronco literally fell and we got stuck on a horrible part of 490. He was there in ten minutes and had us up on the flat bed in 5. Friendly and personable the whole way home. A great experience on a horrible night! Called AAA, when I realized I had a flat tire and they routed the call to Riccis Towing for service. The lady on the phone said it would take about an hour, but Ricci’s was there in about 15 mins. Eddie was the service tech and was super nice and helpful and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. Very happy with the service that day from Riccis and shout out to Eddie for the awesome service!
Great, prompt service. Called Riccis late for a tow after getting my vehicle stuck in mud. They were quick to arrive (~10 mins) and were very helpful. I appreciated the experience that the driver brought, and he got the truck out in no time. I live in the area and I know that if I ever need assistance again I will be calling Ricci and Sons Towing.
Ricci’s has helped me numerous times with towing my work vehicle, unlocking my door when I locked my keys inside, and transporting a vehicle I bought from 2.5 hours away. They respond fast and their employees are professional and knowledgeable. They have the newest and coolest looking tow trucks that can tow any sized vehicle in Rochester!
